Employers - Craigslist not a good source

I think we all are starting to notice a change to how many legitimate employers are posting jobs in Craigslist.  CONGRATULATIONS.  I bet that the terroristic unemployeds that have been flagging and deleting ads because of screening process, and compensation, are now realizing that they have chased away, the real jobs.

Question regarding hiring practices

How helpful would it be to have a list of employees, that have habitually caused issues for a prior employer?

We are in the research phase of creating such a database, but it seems as if a rating system would be less likely to be open to a lawuit.  For instance, standardize a numerical rate for things like attendance, conduct, efficiency, etc...

We will keep you posted. 

ATTN EMPLOYERS - The Story behind the job history on the application.

Have you all been noticing how often you see these reasons for leaving a job on the applications:

1.  Seasonal
2.  Company went out of business
3.  Personal Reasons
4.  Lack of hours
5.  Lack of work
6.  Better career
7.  Career change

Most of the time if I see them in an isolated manner, but the rest of the job history looks pretty good, I will call them in for an interview.  See how they show up and how well their presentation (attire & conduct) is, and then I make a decision to consider possibly hiring them, but never without checking all of the references.  If for any reason you cannot check any reference (remember, do not ask for the name that they list on the application-ask for HR, or hiring manager, or Manager), do not hire them, it could turn out to be a nightmare for you in the long run. 

Now, if you see one or more of these on one application, be wary and steer clear.  Take a look back at the applications that belonged to your worst employees.  I am willing to bet that one of the deadly seven were on their application. 

For now GOOD LUCK hiring from this pool of job prospects.

The best defense for a libel suit, is TRUTH -and man oh man do we have proof that we are telling only the truth.

First, All that is here is truth.  Not worried about a libel suit. 

Second, We do not violate any of Craigslist's rules. 

Third, We have already accepted that we will meet crazies on more than the internet.  It still does not give them the right to act out.  We have stayed within our legal rights. 

Fourth, If  you want a deal, stop flagging, and you will be removed from the spotlight, but until you stop, we will continue with our campaign, which now is including - mass mailings starting on Friday, so that it will hit on Monday.  Cease and Desist, and you have no worries.  Continue, and I promise you that you will be sued, we are only waiting on one last subpoena.  Please, be warned. 

This can end, just cease and desist, and we will remove you from the list, and we will not go forward with the mailings.

EMPLOYERS

If you get an employee prospect with an email like "m00nshined" do not hire this person either, just another ill mannered person, trying their hardest to get into your establishment, only to re-create WHY they lost their last job. 

REMEMBER

google all prospective employees, and see if any of these items cross reference.  Google the employees name, and see if the emails that are posted here also show up, or just google these emails and see if the prospective employee shows up, if they do, throw out the application, or do not return that call.  It is getting dangerous out here.

She has pushed this to a battle with her, and now we are at the level where we have created a mass email campaign to notify all employers that are in our contact lists.  If she continues to flag our ads, we will be forced to do daily email blasts to over 5000 employers in the capital region.  First listing all the trouble that she has caused us since October 29, 2010.  Second updating daily what the status is of the Cease and Desist process, and if she fails to stop, then the filing a lawsuit process (costs, procedures).

Natisha Caraballo - Cleaning Test Page 1 of 3

Here it is, the long awaited Cleaning Test Part 1 of 3.  Here we are just giving you a taste of what you can look forward to if you want to go ahead and utilize the services of Natisha Caraballo.  I mean you really have to be out of touch to answer some of these EZ giveaway questions the way she did.  I think a serial killer could answer numbers 1 and 2 better than she did.

Still Flagging, so here comes the test, just making some quick notes for the comedy aspect.  We call it our Funny Crap File. 

Natisha Caraballo, must really have it out for us, because she is supposedly looking for a job.  Now, I wonder how can one go on interviews and spend so much time flagging ads.  HEY, SHE IS A MULTI-TASKER EXTRAORDINAIRE. 

Well, after that attorney letter hits her hands, we are going to start a running tab, and sue her jobless broke behind, and chase her down to collect, even if she does not have a pot to piss in and no window to throw it out of. 

Natisha, you asked for this, you should just have let it go.  I have someone that is about to email all job posters on Craigslist, our record of dealing with you, so that as they see your name show up, they can be duly warned about you. 

All is well.

We don't want to speak too soon, but in the interest of fairness, we are reporting that our ads have not been flagged for at least 2 hours.  Therefore, we are laying off of this situation, until further notice.  But stay tuned, we have a funny story about a new hire in our other company. 

Right now, I am doing payroll for all of our companies, so when it is done, I will tell you the NEW HIRE STORY.  It is a knee slapper.

Natisha Caraballo Flagged our ad again - scanning in her test for all to see

Hey everyone,

She is still flagging, so, I am at this very moment scanning in her test.  It should be up within 2 hours.  Be sure to check back at that point. 

Also, if you are an employer on Craigslist running an ad, if a Natisha Caraballo applies, trust me, you do not want to even allow this person to have a phone conversation, she started harrassing us on 10/30/2010, today is 11/10/2010, we have had to involve an attorney, we are paying someone to keep our ads posted, and we are down on prospective applicants by 10%. 

DO NOT LET HER NEAR YOUR BUSINESS.

Once again, this is not all about Natisha, but as promised, if she keeps flagging our ads, we will keep pouring it out Natisha. 

Heads up, after the test goes up, there is nothing left to do, but start mailing out to all employers in the Capital Region, the TRUE RECORD of this whole incident.

DAILY UPDATE

Thank you to all of the persons that stopped in and checked out what was going on. 

So far today, no crazy attacks against us, just a regular work day.  But, our little friend Natisha Caraballo or her sympathizers are still flagging our ads. 

At the end of the day yesterday, someone starting posting some outlandish attacks against us, cursing, and swearing, threatening to do our business harm.  You know, if these faceless cowards want to try to attack us, my only request is to use the truth, and if that will sway customers from using our services, then so be it. 

As Rambo stated so eloquently, Natisha "drew first blood". 

As my dear mother used to say, don't dish it out, if you cannot take it. 

So in short Natisha, if our ads keep getting flagged we will keep up our campaign to educate the masses as to what you are doing, in defense of our business, along with the lawsuit that we will be filing against you, for hindering our ability to do business. 

Let all other employers be able to stand strong and push back, if you encounter similar attacks or instances, feel free to leave us a comment (anonymously), and we will forward the information on how to legally handle the matter in NYS. 

To all other job seekers out there, first, good luck on the job hunt.  As a request from an employer, please, do not fault employers for trying to protect themselves in advance of employing you or others, here in NYS, we have no recourse, except termination after we hire someone, we cannot sue them for damaging our businesses (theft, negligence, failure to follow procedures, and much more).  At that point we are left at square one, hiring someone else.  So, just cooperate with prospective employers, because their screening process is not a personal assault on you or your character, it is more likely there to ensure that they do not put themselves into a bad position, so that they can continue to operate their businesses for profit, and consequently be able to continue to pay their valued staff.

ANGRY CRAIGSLIST "READER" 4 little words pissed her off enough to respond like this.

It is easier to respond here on the blog to this very intelligent person.  Wow, with that kind of mouth, you must be a proud of yourself. 

ALL I CAN SAY IS, WHO SITS THERE AND READS THE EMPLOYMENT ADS IN CRAIGSLIST?

By the way, all IP addresses are logged as they enter a website, and if there is one that is popping up a lot flagging, and she is one of them, civil courts only need a preponderance of the evidence to show that this consistent IP address flagging our ads (that are within Craigslists guidelines) is hindering our business practices. 

One more thing, I never asked you to work for me, nor did I ever ask if we could provide you service.  So don't worry.  Have a good night.

Wrong. I can't say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Natisha and "Angry State Worker" are not the same person, but I highly doubt it, and I am certainly not either one of them. So you go ahead and subpoena whatever you need to, and then PLEASE post your results for us all to see, here and on your blog. You need to just accept the fact that at one point it was probably *just* this batshit Natisha chick who thought you were a douche, but now you have a crapload of craigslist readers annoyed with you as well because you come off as a real fucking asshole, to be quite frank. Additionally (didn't your super lawyer tell you this?) it takes more than one person (IP address, not account) to flag your posts. So Natisha can flag to her heart's content all day long, but it takes more than that to get rid of your posts. Face it, you look like a mentally and emotionally unstable freak and now NOBODY will want to work for you OR use your services, MOM. Oh, and p.s. - if this whole "house cleaning" thing doesn't work out for you, perhaps you should try a career in espionage, LMAO! Clown!

Someone got angry about our postings about Natisha Caraballo

Angry person that agrees with Natisha Caraballo, there are always people that are on the other side, and that is a good thing, except when you join someone that made an all out assault on a company, all over being told nicely that they will not be getting the job, and got told why, so that they will not go around wondering. 

Sure posting the applications was very strong, but we warned Natisha all the way through.  She received 2 Cease and Desists by email, then on Monday, we realized we had to involve attorneys after the local law enforcement said that it was a civil matter. 

BOTTOM LINE, angry person on Craigslist, is that after she was nicely told that she would not be getting the job.  She TOLD LIES ABOUT OUR COMPANY, AND FURTHER TRIED TO HINDER OUR ABILITY TO DO BUSINESS.   We told her that we would show the truth, and when she continued to hinder our business practices we protected our interests, WITH THE TRUTH.  You have not seen one thing on this blog that is not TRUE. 

ANGRY PERSON ON CRAIGSLIST, as for your personal attacks at, I assume me, those show that you have some mental instabilities to personally attack someone that is not attacking you.  UNLESS, you are a friend of, family to, or actually Natisha Caraballo herself.  Either way, it is a good thing that just because you say something, it is not true, it is simply your opinion.  I do not fault you for it. 

Finally, ANGRY PERSON ON CRAIGSLIST, don't call our business, if you ever find out what it is, any of them, we do own large portions of a lot of companies in the Capital Region.  And also tell your friends not to either, we are getting along just fine without you and your possible referrals.  If that sounds arrogant, then I would rather be broke and in the right, than be rich and party to the farce called public opinion.  We have the courage to stand up and say something about the behaviors that have gotten us into the trouble that we are all in as a country.  It's not the banks, the government, nor some other country, it is what we built the country on, good old fashion strong work ethic, it seems to be drying up, and shriveling into measly entitlement thinking. 

Hey ANGRY PERSON ON CRAIGSLIST, since you feel so deeply for Natisha, call her up and hire her to work for you and your family.  Put your money where your mouth is.

Whew, now that I have wasted all of my time responding to your unprovoked attack, goodbye until tomorrow.  Because if she continues to attack us, then we continue to document it, and any other persons that fall into her category, UNEMPLOYABLE.

OK, I am not Natisha, but I know what posts you are referring to that she has (allegedly) posted. I'll assume you have proof that it was her that did so. And you are well within your legal rights to have your do-not-hire list, to hire (or not hire) whomever you please, and to even retaliate legally against someone who is harassing you or using slander/libel to injure your company. That said, I don't believe you were within your legal rights to post this woman's home address and personal information online. She clearly has some mental instabilities, but so do a lot of people lurking out there in cyberspace and you could now have opened her up for stalking or attack. Additionally, while I do understand your desire to have a thorough application and interviewing process in the best interest of your company and your clients, in all fairness to Natisha and probably many other people who you have pissed off, you seem just as mentally unstable as she does by creating your blog and devoting it to this woman and then blasting it over craigslist. I've seen your ads before, and long before the posts "referring" to them, I figured you to be a control freak who would probably be a nightmare to work for, just based on the last question on your ridiclous application, which begs the question: if your employees and clients are so happy with your "high" standards, where are their testimonials on your blog or elsewhere praising you and your professionalism? Bottom line - you are as sketchy as this lady and based on what you just did, I would never use your services or recommend you to anyone. Those 700 hits to your blog? Written Application - Does not match the Online Application

As promised here is the written application.  This is the truth coming out, she posted before saying that we offered her employment for $8 per hour, LIE.  We did not even interview her because of the discrepancies in her online application (posted earlier in this blog), and this written application (displayed below).  Take a look for yourself, and see that this person is a pathological liar on a vendetta against our company, all because she did not get the job.  We gave her more than a week to cease and desist, now we are firing back.  Would you trust this person with your most valuable belongings, I would not.  If I was her, and saw that we had an official application, and that I had already lied on the online application, I would have just left before implicating myself as a liar, and then attack the employer for not making the biggest mistake of the history of the business.  I think my clients will appreciate the thoroughness of our hiring procedure.  I know the employees that we have appreciate making a great salary, and feeling appreciated.  Natisha, I hope that this will be the end of this battle.  If not, we will post your test here, it was hilarious.

Her online application received on 10/27/2010

Please take a look at her online application with our company.  We use this Pre-Employment Application to screen out those persons that are serious and the one's that are not.  We typically would not have called her in for an interview, because of her short stints at jobs, even though they are seasonal by nature, these persons typically seem to seek out seasonal work, because they do not have the ability to keep a job for much longer, and also they usually are not listing all of their job history.  Which was exactly what this case was.  As you will see when we post her written application that was filled out at our office.  If she continues to flag our employment ads we will post the written application.  So keep checking back.  Once again, she should receive a letter from our attorney on Thursday, November 11, 2010.

Do Not Hire Natisha Caraballo

Do not hire Natisha Caraballo, she is stalking and harrassing our company. 

April 15, 2008
Natisha Caraballo had an interview scheduled with our company and she failed to show up for the interview, and she also did not contact us regarding her failure to show up, therefore our company policy is to bar that person from being considered for employment for at least 2 years from the date of the interview date. 

October 27, 2010
Natisha Caraballo filled out an online pre-employment application with our company.  She stated that her address was 129 Woodlawn Ave, Albany, NY 12206.

October 28, 2010
Natisha Caraballo was invited in for an interview with our company. 
That same day, Natisha emailed us stating that she would be coming in on October 29, 2010 at 9:00 am. 

October 29, 2010
Natisha Caraballo arrived for the interview at 9:05 am (our company policy is that you have 5 minutes past the interview time to arrive, in order to be interviewed).  Natisha was given an application to complete, this is the official employment application of our company, on this we ask for specific information so that we can complete a full 7 year background check. 

After Natisha completed the application, the interviewer noticed that Natisha had failed to mention employment with Durham School Services on her online pre-employment application.  At this point the interviewer notified her that the application screener will reject the application based on the discrepancies from one application to the other.  At that point Natisha stated that she forgot to mention Durham School Services on the pre-employment application.  Then after the interviewer was clear that the application would still be rejected, she stated that she did not even put her real address on the online application because she was not sure if the company was real, that there are a lot of scammers out there on craigslist.  The interview re-iterated the fact that the application would be rejected mainly because of the employment history discrepancy.  At which point it seemed that Natisha accepted that her application was going to be rejected.

Our employment ads on craigslist began getting flagged off.  Our company did the due diligence to keep re-posting the ads.  However, upon re-posting the ads twice, now there appeared to be a posting referring to our ads.  This posting stated that (paraphrasing) our company was a joke, that we had this long online application, and that when and if you are lucky enough to get an interview, you are then grilled for information on this other application before you even get to speak to an interviewer.  Also, that our company has too many rules, etc....

October 31 - November 8, 2010
We contacted local law enforcement to make it a matter of public record, just in case property damage, or Natisha or her friends or family came on to our property.  We contacted our attorneys began the process of officially issuing a cease and desist for interfering with our ability to do business.  In addition to having our attorney prepare an official cease and desist, we emailed Natisha a cease and desist at her craigslist poster address, and at her email address that she put on her online application.  In short, to this date she has not received the Attorney Cease and Desist letter, she will receive that by Thursday November 11, 2010, we will update at that point unless more arises before.  But, as far as 10/31/2010 - 11/8/2010, she has done nothing less than harrass our company via slanderous and libelous posts, as well as flag over 20 ads, despite receiving a cease and desist from us via email. 

It would be a poor choice to even interview nor acknowledge receipt of application from this employee prospect, her behavior has led us to believe that she is unbalanced to have become so obsessed with our company and hindering our business activity, all over not being hired.

The Employers Resource-Do Not Hire List

This list is composed of employees, interviewees, and persons that have exhibited qualities that are extremely bad for any business.  Since the employer cannot charge the employee for the damage done to their business, we have decided to help employers protect themselves prior to hiring one of these poisonous employee prospects.  This is our idea of Economic Stimulus. 

We believe that the economy is in trouble because of a lot of things, but the things that are hurting our economy when it comes to jobs, are the employee side.  Think about it, what business owner, corporation, or other for profit entity will not hire someone that will bring them more profit to their bottom line?  Of course, the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE.  

We are keeping this blog very honest, and simply for the purpose of listing those interviewees and employees that act in a way that is harmful to business, but does not yet break the law.  Which brings me to the reason that we are instituting this blog, recently, we had an interview come in and we chose not to hire her.  As a result of our decision, she has gone on an all out assault on our company.  Trying to prevent us from considering employment prospects from Craigslist.  How?  By flagging our employment ads, and also by writing blatant lies about our company.  We can stop her from writing blatant lies, but the flagging is a whole other issue.  We will keep you posted about the ways to stop that from interfering with your necessary business actions. 

Craigslist has become a necessary resource for placing employment ads.  We believe this because it is free, not because it is free for the employer, but because it is free for the employee prospects.  They do not have to get up, go out, and buy a paper, and then scan through to find the employment ads, they simply type in the craigslist url, and go to the appropriate category.  If you are a micro to small business, and pretty much all service businesses, then you must be placing ads on craigslist, in order to reach the demographic that will fill your open positions. 

Well, how does this blog work?  We want to maintain the integrity of the information posted here, we will be the only posters allowed to list any prospects that:
- Become violent
- Become belligerent
- Tell lies about our company
- Harrass us, our company, employees, or customers
- Steal from our company
- Damage property of our company, customers, or employees - PURPOSELY, or with gross neglect.

This is a beginning list, and I am sure will continue to grow, but for now, we are mainly looking to give these poorly behaved and over pampered and coddled employment prospects a consequence to acting out in a manner that the Police will not protect or assist a micro or small business, so we need to hire attorneys, another cost.  Hopefully, we can lower your risk of interacting with the persons that make our list, and at the same time, show the persons on the list that they must cease this abhorent behavior, and seek whatever kind of help that they need. 

We understand that other businesses may want to post there problem prospects here, we suggest that you do a blog also, and make sure that you circulate it on the jobs forum of craigslist, so that other employers will see that they are not alone.  Let's all take a stand, and reclaim the work ethic that made this country great.
